I had breakfast with my friend Chris H, and let me tell you, he’s got some crazy and inspirational stories to share. He’s a 51 year-old personal trainer, father and husband with eight and-a-half years of sobriety. Chris survived prison, homelessness, even being shot in the face (and leaving the hospital in a gown and booties to find drugs); the story of how he managed to get his life back, well, I think it’s pretty amazing.You should definitely listen in!
