I’m grateful for a quiet weekend and getting things done. I’m grateful for another episode of the podcast being finished. I’m grateful for a gorgeous sunny day. I’m grateful for breakfast with my son and grateful to have my daughter visit. I’m grateful to be a dad. I’m grateful for coffee, peanut M&M’s and frozen mini-Reeses cups in the freezer. I’m grateful for other people’s dogs. I’m grateful to be sober today.
I’m going to tell you that I believe this must be the tippy-top peak for raspberries this year—-these are unbelievably delicious and lugging home roughly a zillion pints on the subway still seems like a sensible decision.1
