My higher power likes to get stuff done and gives me just enough power to accomplish the next right thing. I believe my higher power also likes confidence since true confidence comes from faith and repetition. To me, swagger isn’t about setting some individual goal and reaping the glory. It’s that moment when you realize something needs to happen and that you can be part of the answer. And you turn to the person next to you, and say “hell, yeah, we can do this.” That’s swagger and why all of my examples were in a team-setting.
Bill W and Marty Mann are great examples of swagger.

I’m gonna have to read this one over again, I think. I get the concept, but how do you square the swagger and the third step?
